Hotel Comments: Very nice hotel, rooms are a good size. Bad thing about this hotel on the 28 hour overnight is that it's basically in the middle of nowhere.

Dining Comments: There is a Friendly's on the corner near the hotel.

Entertainment Comments: The hotel van took us to the mall, which offered more places to eat and things to do. So it wasn't so bad.

Hotel Comments: Overall a very nice hotel...Nice beds, good "extras" in the room like a lavender bed spray. The coffee maker is even cool, first time in 2 years I've used a hotel coffee maker! Hotel van was waiting for us, we called when we landed. It's about a 15 minute ride, we're right on the Conn/Mass border. Overall not a whole lot to do but at least it's a clean hotel with nice ammenities. Better than average.

Dining Comments: Friendly's is close by...Great ice cream if that's your thing.

Hotel Comments: Nice enough hotel, call as soon as you land!

Dining Comments: Friendly's is closed. Eat at the Italian place, I think it's called Rinaldi's, down the road. BYOB and there is a package store next door, on the way.

Hotel Comments: Decent hotel. Moderate speed on the free wireless. Quiet rooms.

Dining Comments: Walking distance: Rinaldi's is a good mom & pop Italian, a hole in the wall seafood place, a bar and a McDonalds. Near by van: Red Robin, Subway, Ruby Tuesday, Outback, Panera Bread Co, Wendy's, Starbucks. Do NOT order takeout from Chengs Garden. The hotel will tell you it's great. Don't believe them!!!

Entertainment Comments: The hotel readily admits that there is nothing to do here. They told me their usual van drive radius is 5 miles but they'll go 15 miles for us. Of course, you have to work around their airport schedule, which gets busy. Six Flags is down the street. If you like taking walks, take Longmeadow Road (the one off the highway) to the right/North into Massachusetts. Beautiful, historic pre/post revolutionary war homes begin in Mass and continue for several miles. The mall sucks (Target is an anchor store, if that tells you anything). Don't bother unless you want food there (Ruby Tuesday, Outback, Panera, Starbucks).

Dining Comments: Apparently there's a Friendly's. I ate at the hotel. It's overpriced.

Hotel Comments: Hi speed or should we say slow speed internet access is terrible. Very slow and drops the connection often. Virtually useless if you are trying to work. That is just the wired. Wireless in the room showed 4 or more access points with little or no connectivity. Hotel is in better shape than it was years ago when it was a Radisson. But there is not much around. Call for a van as soon as you land. We called as we were walking up jetway and still waited almost 20 minutes. If you get the 28 hour overnite like we had you will be disappointed. We should be downtown Hartford or at least in Springfield. Enfield is lacking alot.

Dining Comments: Friendly's, Mcdonalds, a tiny Italian joint and a nasty bar within walking distance. Van will take you one exit down the highway to an area that has a few more choices including a descent sports bar but last pickup is around 9:00 and cabs won't come for such a short drive, but it's too long to walk. How fun!

Hotel Comments: Decent hotel once you get there. Plan on waiting a long time for the van. It's the hotel that used to be the Radisson.

Dining Comments: Friendly's up the street. That's it!
