Hotel Comments: Probably one of the nicest LaQuintas I've ever been to. Short ride to the airport, 10 minutes or so. Hotel reportedly has wireless but the crew members I was with both reported that they were unable to connect (local access only). If you're one of those folks who just does everything on your phone...3G SUCKS in Jackson. Looked like a nice pool area but it was locked when I tried to go down and no one seemed to know who had the key. Fitness center is pretty worthless (a treadmill, elliptical and a lat tower).

Dining Comments: Not much in the immediate vicinity. Right next door is a gas station with a Domino's Pizza in it. On the hotel side of the freeway within walking distance there is a Wendys if you walk towards the Honda dealership. Across the freeway is an Applebees, Waffle House, MickyDs. Didn't get much further than the Applebees but there might have been a few more things down the way. Hotel van will drive you to food...until 10pm so be careful stumbling back along the highway. Free breakfast in the morning 6-9.

Entertainment Comments: This is where this hotel wins its nomination for "worst long overnight in the system". If you're into power tools or reasonably priced mid-size cars, lucky for you: there is a Home Depot and a couple of car dealerships nearby. If you're not, may God have mercy on your soul because there is NOTHING to do around here. I had a 17 hour overnight with some slam-clickers and I just about lost my mind. Lucky for me, there were no sharp objects in the room because once I had exhausted all my reading material and a Jepp revision time stood STILL in Jackson, MS. I don't think I had ever been so happy when van time rolled around.

Hotel Comments: Staff was friendly

Dining Comments: Ruby Tuesdays nearby as well as most fast food restaurants.

Entertainment Comments: Try not to get hit by cars when walking to the restaurants... other then that, Absolutely nothing... BYOB.. It's a dry town on Sundays...

Hotel Comments: The hotel staff is rude, the van drive refused to drive us to the hotel from the airport, and only after our company contacted him did he with a terrible attitude agree to drive us. At the hotel when we tried to complain, the front desk woman was extremely rude and unhelpful. If I could I would avoid this hotel as much as possible.

Dining Comments: There is a gas station next door, and if someone doesn't mind walking a bit down the street there is a bunch of fast food and road like food.

Entertainment Comments: Nothing really.

Hotel Comments: Free breakfast in the morning. Free internet (not wireless), but have to get cable from the front desk. Computer available on the first floor next to the elevator. Hotel has an indoor pool and a lame workout room. Workout room only has an old treadmill and stationary bicycle, and a few mismatched dumbbells.

Dining Comments: Ruby Tuesdays, Wendy's, Starbucks, Mc D's, Popeye's and more. All these are a short walk to the other side on I-20.

Entertainment Comments: Write comments about the hotel... that's it!

Hotel Comments: The hotel is not too bad. Clean rooms and free wireless internet. They do have a business center on the first floor. Really nothing to do around there. About 10-15 minutes from the airport.

Dining Comments: The hotel provides free breakfast in the morning downstairs starting at around 4:30am. Otherwise, not much to eat around there.

Entertainment Comments: Not much, it's Jackson, what did you expect?
