I arrived late because my hotel did not provide shuttle service to Republic's corporate office and I was dropped off at the airport. I was told to take the company's limo service to the office for my 10:00 am interview, but found out that the limo service doesn't run until 10:30. Therefore, I arrived late for the interview, but they were understanding. I was asked a few typical HR questions about myself, experiences, and the company. I took a 20 question quiz on various topics and was then given a tour of the operations center. It was a well-organized and inviting location. The entire company was very professional as I said earlier. Following the tour, I was paired up with one of the dispatchers and he showed me a few things for about 30 minutes.
