Interview experience:

I was invited down to Atlanta, GA to interview with ASA. They are a subsidiary of Delta and do separate hiring. If you don't live within the Georgia area, ASA will provide a standby ticket. Anyway, for the first hour we were told about company benefits and the positives and negatives of being a flight attendant. Then we were told to get into groups of four for small group interviews. The questions are straightforward and practical answer. We were asked why do you want to be a flight attendant, how did you calmly solve a customer service dispute, and what characteristics describe you? After that we handed in our applications and were told that we would be notified whether or not they want to schedule a second interview.
