Interview experience:
My Experience with this interview was a very relaxed setting. They did make you feel comfortable. I wasn't nerveous at all. There were 2 other girls beside me. They had us bring our resume, application, ID and SS and the copies of our ID'S had to be enlarged. There were two female recruiters. ( Diane and Velma). The first Lady talked about 1 hour on the company and their benifets. The other lady handeld the paper work. Then they both were in the one on one interview. Questions asked to me were.. How did you here about Colgan Air? What makes you want a Flight Attendant position with Colgan Air? How do you feel you would be an asset to this company? What was one of your worse customer service experiences? They wanted to know a little about myself. Then they had me read a paragraph. That was the one thing that I know went well because when I finished reading it, she said "excellent". The other questions I had to answer GOD only knows if I did well. I'am thankful that I found this site because I believe that it has hepled me tremendously. Dress your best, like you want to be a Flight Attendant. Close toed shoes are important in this industry. If you have long hair wear it up. I believe this helps. Makes you look more professional. GOOD LUCK! I'll be praying for all of you. We are all going to need it.
