Interview experience:

My experience with Continental was not a good one. Granted, they paid for a flight to Houston for an interview and flew me back the same day. I am aware now that I overdressed (where a plain navy suit, easy tie, pretty much look like a flight attendant when you are called for the interview) and was not qualified seen as how my frist flight was to the interview. I was the last person they called in, asked me a few general questions and said "Thank you for your time, one of our reps will get with you as soon as possible." That's a bad sign. Means they didn't even consider you for the job. Didn't help my flight late was late, HA HA. So hopefully all you people that love the skies like I learned that day, good luck, don't over dress, don't say anything unless asked. I hope this helps some of you get a job with an airline, I wasn't successful, but maybe you will be. Remember, find out what they wear and wear that to the interview, biggest suggestion I have. I had a pilot and a 20 year vet of being a flight attendant as references, so don't count on good references. Dress down, not jeans and a t-shirt, I think you get the hint by now! Flying is the best experience in the world, if you ask me.
