Interview experience:
I filled out the application on line and sent a request for the open house in Rosemont Il. I went to the open house and there were about 60 people there.about 55 of those people were ex flight attendants from Ryan international. Republic gave a 2 hour over view of the job and airline. We were then called one at a time for the 1 on 1's. I was asked why I wanted to return to the industry at this time,why I left prior jobs and that was about it. 2 days later I got an email saying I was successful thus far and then was asked too take an online assessment. I did that and now waiting to hear from them.
