Interview experience:
I went to an open house on 11/3/04. Seating was supposed to be limited to 75 people, but they let about 85 in. There were 2 recruiters and the HR Manager there and they started off the interview with introducing themselves and going over the company history, job qualifications, and so on. Then they took a break and anyone who wanted to leave could. They restarted the session by breaking us into groups of about 12 people. They then had us introduce the person who was sitting next to us. I assume they were looking for what types of questions we would ask someone, like why do you want to be a F/A, ect. Then they gave each of us a question that we had to answer in front of the group. Mine was "who is your hero?" Then we partnered up and were given a scenario that we had to tell them what we would do. From there they pulled out the people that they did NOT want to have come back for 1-on-1 interviews. I went to the 1-on-1 the next day, 11/4/2004. It was very relaxed. They asked basic questions, like name a time you gave good customer service. Then they wanted you to lift a weighted down suitcase to make sure that you would be able to do that on the job. I went home and waited for a phone call. I got the call and went the next day for paperwork. I hope this helps and good luck to all. Ryan is a great airline that is going places!!Ryan International Airlines Study Guide Questions:
