Interview experience:
They offered me the job on the spot. I submitted an application through their website and about a week later got an email asking me to come to an interview in TX. They flew me over there and had a shuttle pick us up from the airport. It was a large group of people and after the information session they took us for a one on one interview except it was two interviewers. They asked basic questions, why express jet? are you willing to relocate? how many times did you call off work in the past year? what qualities could you bring to the company? After that they ask you to wait in the hall. About 5 min later a woman came up to me and said congratulations, you got the job. Handed me a study guide and sent me to get fingerprints and to take a drug test. I passed on the job because you pretty much MUST relocate to your base and you dont get any flight benefits for 3 months except for 2 passes you can use. Training is for one month straight and you get 2 days off. Also you have to memorize about 150 airine codes for the test on the first day.
