Interview experience: I just had a phone interview with NetJets one week ago and haven't heard yet whether I will be moving on to the one-on-one interview but thought I might post a few questions that they asked me: What do you know about NetJets? Why would you leave your current job to come to NetJets? What do you like most about your current position? Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond? Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with a coworker? Have there been any work rules changed or implemented at your current job as a direct result of a suggestion or feedback from you? What does customer service mean to you? Keep in mind these are only questions that are being asked over the phone...I'm sure the one-on-one interview gets a little more detailed and specific.
