Hotel Comments: Fine
Dining Comments: Nothing near by.
Entertainment Comments: Stay away from the Pumphouse. Incompetent bar staff and unable to say more at this time. Just avoid it...
Hotel Comments: This place is closing December 1st, 2009 for renovations. Time to find a new place, preferably closer to Old Town since that seems to be the only thing happening.
Dining Comments: None
Entertainment Comments: A few bars in Old Town, one was called the Pumphouse. Sports bar with gas station attached to it. Friendly staff, younger crowd, great hook up place.
Hotel Comments: Nice Hotel, but is very spooky due to all the rumors.
Dining Comments: Nice meal, try the chicken mesquite under 8 dollars with our discount.
Entertainment Comments: none
Hotel Comments: Nice hotel, but it is in fact haunted. I'm not kidding. Weird stuff happened to me. The FA got so scared she left her room and slept across the street at her own expense. She said she saw a man in her room. But hey it has free wifi
Dining Comments: Food around the hotel. It's a good area.
Entertainment Comments: Talk to the Ghost
Hotel Comments: Small rooms - didn't care for this hotel. Didn't encounter the ghost named Clarence.
Dining Comments: Don't know
Entertainment Comments: Many
Hotel Comments: Hotel staff is friendly and van drivers will take you to old town which is less then a mile away has lots of choices.
Dining Comments: We ate at Old Chicago and the food was good and a lot of drink choices. There were several other options available.
Entertainment Comments: Movie theater in old town.
Hotel Comments: Very old hotel with nothing to do. Rooms are tiny.
Dining Comments: Bar inside of the hotel.
Entertainment Comments: Ghosthunt.
Hotel Comments: It's a very old hotel, owned by Radisson. The hotel itself is not great, very old and tiny rooms. Should be a motel instead. It's right downtown but after 5pm, the places is deserted. I think my crew and I were the only ones walking downtown after 5pm.
Dining Comments: There are a few good places to eat. They're about a mile from the hotel. If you're in the mood to walk, just go straight out of the hotel and walk for about a mile (under the old train bridge) and on the left you'll see something called "old town" Make a left and you'll see a few places to eat. Or the hotel van will take you there and pick you up.
Entertainment Comments: Not much, besides if you want to run or walk, there is a paved path along the river next to the hotel.
Hotel Comments: Old but nice hotel. There is a business center and free wireless internet. Van times are fixed and you either go early or late since they have other crews to accomodate.
Dining Comments: Finding food can be tough, the hotel restaurant closes early and most places downtown either open only for lunch or are bars with just bar food. Old Town is a few blocks away and has a microbrewery with decent food.
Entertainment Comments: Jog by the river, go to bed early.
Hotel Comments: 15 minute ride to the airport. Hotel is downtown and reportedly haunted.
Dining Comments: Numerous
