Interview experience:
Cape Air is probably one of the nicest institutions I have ever visited. There wasn’t one person I passed by that didn’t have a smile and say “hello,” “how are ya,” or “happy new year.” Everyone met at 11:00. There were 2 other candidates (1 ex-TWA, and 1 Air Ambulance). Ed Braz (Asst. Chief Pilot) gave us a tour of the facility. It’s really great to see a company take so much pride in their maintenance department. We were brought down to a class room and were given the back ground of the company, the lifestyle, pay and benefits and what we can expect if we were hired. After the briefing we were split up. Two of us had our HR interview, and the other had his tech interview. The HR portion is quite standard; why Cape Air? What do you have to offer? If you were in this situation
