Interview experience:
The previous gouge had some good info, but there were definitely differences. Interview was with Scott Delacey (Chief Pilot) and Jodi Evans (HR). They are looking to hire people that can upgrade quickly and type everybody they hire. Pay is 22/hour during training, 25/hour 1 yr FO and 40/hour 1 yr Captain, 43/hour 2 yr CA (75 hour guarantee). Full medical benefits, 401K and JS privileges with several airlines. Hotels are paid for the first 2 nights of training in TUL then in DFW for Sim. TUL is your base. All the expansion is in the TurboProp fleet - No new hires into the 328 JET at this time. Possible new citi
