Interview experience:
The gouges below were right on. Just a few changes. The day I interviewed there were 8 other interviewees, all current CFI's with times ranging from 1100 to 1900. The company really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and it really felt like a "family" atmosphere where everyone was having fun and wanted you to get hired. We stayed at the Best Western which was very nice. On the day of the interview they staggered the schedules for the interviews but things got a little mixed up so many people ended up doing their actual HR interview earlier or later than scheduled. First off the written which was given in the same room with everyone else, very informal. The written was a piece of cake if you are current. No change from previous gouges on that one, and I don't think anyone failed it. Next off was the HR interview.
