Interview experience:
Well, as many people have said before, the prior gouge is right on! I would reccomend Pinnacle to anybody, great environment, really nice people. Day starts at the corporate office in MEM, around 8:30, most of us got there around 8:00. If you stay at the Airport Radisson, make sure you have earplugs with you! I think every FedEx plane in their fleet came in between 11:00pm and 2:30am, and of course the hotel is only about 200 yards from the runway. Anyway, right at 8:30, day started with Captain Franklin (really nice guy) telling us all about the company, benefits, pay, etc. Immediately following is the written test. Take this seriously, 2 out of 8 of us failed it. There are 4 different versions, my version included a lot of aerodynamics, Vmc, wind shear, weather, and primary/supporting instruments. I studied the ATP and Instrument gleims, and scored in the 90's. My version had
