Interview experience:
The previous gouges were spot on. Be sure to arrive at 8 am and not 9 am like some of the interview letters say. If there are more than 5-6 inteviewees they will divide you into two groups with one group in the sim first then the other group for the written test and hr interview. You reverse in the afternoon. They will inform you after each item (written, hr oral, and sim) whether you will advance to the next. AE is very organized and offer a personal environment throughout the interview process. If you pass all 3 areas, you are invited to stay the next day for your physical, which is also an all day affair so be prepared to stay another night if weather is a factor.
