Interview experience:
Everything here is accurate. A friend I flew with years ago walk my resume into Kristy Krisman (sp) She called about a week later for a basic telephone screening. I didn't have a hard copy of anything in front of me. She just need ball-park flight times. Asked if I had ATP. How many hours in the past 6 mos. Do I have a passport. Advised me when the class dates were. Gave me the option of choosing Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday for the interview. If hired she would telephone me the following Friday. If they don't hire, she said they would send me a letter saying thanks for wasting your time.I stayed at the Budgetel $42 with tax. I met up with another guy in the lobby as we awaited transportation to Dell Cross's Destination Flight Sim. THIS IS A MUST. "PAT" picked us up for a 15 minute ride to Dell's house. We briefly meet Dell on our way downstairs. He is a genuinly nice guy. He does a great job of making you feel comfortable during you stay in ATW. Pat briefed the SIM. We flew a profile in and around MKE. They charge $39/hour. Cheapest help you will ever get for an interview. Went back to the hotel. walked across the parking lot for dinner. Good restaurant with a fun atmosphere. I was fortunate enough to invite a little cutie hoste
