Interview experience:
It was actually fun! They do make it easy to talk to them. The chiefs were cracking jokes and stuff. It was like you were hangin out with them out on the town, intertwined with questions. They asked about things on your resume, if your ready to make peanuts for a living in some town sitting in a crash pad hoping no one ate the food you bought. That is your family life ready for you to commit to your new lifestyle. Asked which aircraft would you prefer. I suggest saying either. Some HR ?'s. Have you ever mediated an argument, what was it and what's the outcome. Hand full of other conflict ?'s I can't remember. Have you delt with divercity?
