Interview experience:

My Experience was as expected BUT they have changed a few things! My application was walked in, It seems to help. Be sure you know the people who walk it in they will ask you about them. How long with the company what they fly where they are based. The two guys who walked my app in are old friends so no problems with that. Recieved a letter inviting me to an interview. After arriving in Dallas tokk the shuttle to the hotel. I met another applicant and we went to the American Airlines museum. This is a good idea you can get helpful info on company history. We studied a bit that night. If you have a chance to meet another appicant it is a good idea I'll tell you more later. Sign in at 7:15 the next day. There was a short Speak about Eagle then we introduced ourselves and had to give some trivia about the company ie. 1700 flights daily, new contract in 2012.Then the paperwork at this time they started to put people for Tech and HR. I was the first for both Tech and HR. Tech first all of 10 minutes. they are very poker faced, and a series of rapid fire questions.
