Interview experience:
Congrats if you've gotten an interview. Smile, show some enthusiasm and you're in. It can't be said enough, be yourself and try to relax, but both the HR person and the chief pilots will put you at ease. It truly was enjoyable. HR first, roughly 40 minutes. Tell me about: a tough time in your life; a company policy you didn't agree with and what did you do; time you were in a leadership position and had to make a difficult decision, result; when have you dealt with diversity? Let them know you're interested by asking questions. At the end she asked, "Anything else I should know?" Two CP's came in next. Great guys, laid back, the type you want to work with.
