Interview experience:
The first day went something like this: a group of about 15 of us met in the lobby at the ExJet corporate/training facility (which as very nice and new looking by the way) and were called back to a classroom just before 9 AM.
After being called back Ms. Daniel introduced us to a f/o and a Captain for ExJet and asked us to introduce ourselves to the rest of the group (name, where you are from, type of flying). Then they asked all the guys (and one female) there to provide the stapled packet containing all the photocopies of our time certificates, etc, the 2 copies of our resumes, log books and the time log sheet, and any letters of recomendation we had that we wanted them to see - she added that you would get everything back but the time log sheet so you could send the originals of the LOR's if you wanted.
They collected all of the documentation and then told us that the f/o and the captain would be going to another room to review each pilot's log books, etc one-by-one while Ms. Daniel gave us a brief intro to the company.
The intro to the company was done on an overhead at it basically consisted of pay rates, vacation days, benefits, aircraft flown, training schedule, etc. It was pretty comprehensive so there
