Interview experience:
My inteview started off with doing psychological screening. First it was simple, fill in the sequence of numbers, like 11,22,33,?? It gets progressively more difficult. The next test was a tic-tac-toe grid in which they flash numbers, and you have to put them as they showed up in the grid. Then it gets difficult as they put the sequence in the grid and one is missing so you see which one is missing, and then you try put the sequence in the grid in order. The last test is simple, but weird. You are shown series of color words in different colors (i.e. word BLUE written in yellow), and the test measures your ability to answer what color is the word
