Interview experience:

All of the gouge is absolutely correct for this interview except for one thing. The interviewers have decided to change the sim profile and pair two interviewees with the examiner behind them. In the past one interviewee would fly left seat with the examiner in the right to help set power settings and such and then grade his performance. Now the two guys can help each other through the entire ride. The interview was extremely pleasant and informal. The first interview was of technical charts (jepps). Know the charts back and front, know takeoff min (nonstandard especially). Fairly straight forward, asked about symbology, briefed an approach into St. Thomas and that was it. I went back in the interview room and was called back about 45 minutes later for an HR interview.
