Just got back from my interview with Eagle. Went very well. I'll tell you how I prepared for and got the conditional offer of employement after the sim ride. I went through this gouge, and copied everyone's experiences onto a Word document, then edited it. I divided it into three sections - Tech, HR, Sim. I then cut and pasted everyone's experiences into the appropriate section, then deleted out the redundant stuff. The result was a highly accurate gouge. Everything was in there. The basics are this: If you do not get the gouge and prepare, you will not be offered a job. Know everything about Jep - en route charts and approach plates. Study the introduction to Jep. Know all about 91.175. Know when you can continue the approach with RVR going
