Interview experience:

It was a GREAT experience. Never any indication of confrontational attitudes as some have said here. They were very professional, very upbeat about the company and it was a very enjoyable day. Be yourself and you'll do great. Know a lot about the company. Show them you want to be a company man. I think they are primarily looking for people they would like to fly with.
