Interview experience:

JetBlue now interviews on a competitive basis instead of "first-applied, first-interviewed". I was told by HR at the interview that the old way did not give them enough quality pilots. JetBlue will fly you out and back from any city they serve. They also put you up in a hotel while there and take you back to JFK after the interview. All you have to do is get yourself from the hotel to their offices. A $15.00 cab ride but everyone shares with someone else. I recommend even if you have to go out of the way, try to get on a JetBlue flight. I think you will be impressed. First order is turn in paperwork, log books etc. Then head to lounge. They interview at different times of the day but show up early and sit around in the lounge talking "pilot-talk" with the VPs and even the President if he is around. A very informal Q&A se
