Interview experience:
-HR Lady - in a separate office goes over some paperwork and asks why do you want to fly for AA -go back to waiting room and wait -of the 8 of you, some people have interviews first, others do personality test first -the interview: -2 guys, they each give you their past and history, and then ask about yours -if you are 200 miles out @ 310, ATC wants 110 @ 40 DME, when do you start descent -at 2000 feet on localizer, 5 miles back, where do you expect glideslope to be -during walkaround before flight in icing conditions, what are you looking for? -asked if familiar with icing holdover charts -one big situational story, what would you do if: 1) First Class passenger is annoyed about the delay at the gate due to dut
