Interview experience:

Got to IAH at 0845 and went to Continental Express HQ/Training Center. Ms. Daniel came down at 0915 and escorted the 6 of us to a class room where they then took our logbooks and our required paperwork. She went into Express Jet and what was going on in this industry. Talked about the price of oil and how much it is costing Express Jet. Also asked current stock price of the company, last prop aircraft flown and went back to the second to last aircraft flown because everyone knew the answer to the first. Also asked what the Express Jet callsign is. That took an hour and then a fifteen minute break. We all got back and then we went into the Q and A. It isn't that all confrontational like some
