Interview experience:

I was originally sch. to interview on the 8th of Aug, however due to the possible strike they decided to bring me in the 20th of Aug. I rode the system in from ORD to ATW. Stayed at a hotel recommended by them about 15 min. from airport. (You pay for hotel). Around 0830 everyone meant in the hotel lobby for the van ride back out to the airport where their offices are located upstairs. At 0900 they brought emeryone into a room and gave us a breifing as to what Air Wi was like and some of their plans for the future. After that you were given a real simple 10 question written exam. BACCBBAADB were the answers. How far from a t-storm shold you fly at 20000ft? 20 miles HOlding leg lenght above 14000? 1.5 min. 2 real simple METAR questions dealing with vis. and light snow and fog. 2 simple questions about an approach plate. 4 other questions which were simple, no sweat.
