Interview experience:

Our group of about 15 met in the lobby of the CVG Holiday Inn for the ride to CMR HQ. Interview time was 0830 hours and we arrived shortly after 0800 hours. Signed in and waited in the lobby until Cpt. Todd McGregor met us and brough us into a room. They provided us with donuts and coffee and allowed us a little time to get comfortable. Then they started with a company introduction, including future plans, and after the briefing left their contract, sample lines, seniority list and ops manual for our review.
