Interview experience:
Thanks to all who put their experiences on this website. It is a great study guide and outline on what to prepare for. But remeber that it doesn't cover everything so don't strictly rely on the info provided only. Phase 1 and 2 are simple, no explanation needed. I was called to interview for Phase 3. I studied the gauge from previous and it was pretty much right on for how they conduct the interview. I was late the orientation that is put on by Dawn Daniel due to weather delays. They didn't seem to have any problem with that. They ask questions about stock price, how many planes does the company have (235 as of 7/7/04), what cities in mexico and canada do they fly into, etc. Dig around on their website and you can find some facts and figures about that stuff. Also dig around for the yearly report from 2003. It tells about the company and employees. This helps for the HR portion a bit. During the orientation 2 pilots that helped conduct the interview reviewed logbooks in another room. Once finished with the introduction/orientation you are given a break for about 10 minutes. I suggest that you get up and streach, use bathroom, try to relax. Everyone comes back into the room and they pass a situation card out to eachClick here to view all 555 interviews for ExpressJet
