Interview experience:
It is essential that you have the time grid off this web site, or from somewhere else, and have your times filled in prior to arrival! We showed up at the Rosewood Room at 0745. Mr. Dresser and three line pilots; Clay, David, and Neeley showed up at 0800. Mr. Dresser adressed us for about 15 minutes on what to expect throughout the course of the day, then he left and we never saw him again. After he finished, Clay talked to us about Coex, and answered a few administrative questions. This lasted about an hour. We then took the Wonderlick test. Like everyone says, don't sweat this one, it wasn't a big deal. Then we went to work on the forms and the application that we had to fill out. In addition to the things they tell you in your confirmation letter to bring, make sure you have the address and telephone # of your high school and college. While we were working on the applications, they started interviewing candidates. There was nine of us in the room, I was the sixth to be interviewed. I was interviewed by Clay.
