Interview experience:

I was called by FSI people about one week after sending in my resume. I was told that EJA would cover all costs of the interview. Currently I am on furlough status with a large cargo carrier. They will offer a number of different cities where the interviews and sim rides take place, it's your choice. I took the earliest opening there was, which put me in St. Louis on the Sabre. Arrived the day before and stayed at the Airport Marriot Hotel. Showed up the following morning at 8:00am with 20 other pilots that varied in experience from military to cargo to airline. I was, however, suprised at the ages and level of experience of the people there. Many men (not one woman interviewed that day...??)over the age of sixty were there to continue their careers. Anyway, after watching a brief movie clip about the company a FSI guy comes in and gives his ten minute speech and then three EJA Captains come in and each talks about the company. Sounds awesome, decent pay, average schedules, lots of aircraft on order, non-employee contribution health and dental insurance, and vision insurance. Seat locked for two years, very big on customer service, and overall everyone is very nice and
