AirTran is hiring again. Planning classes for Nov, Dec, Jan. They expect to get more B-717's and need pilots. Very laid back interview process. Pilot interview by Capt Steve BrownLee, CheckAirman on DC9. HR interview by Ann Giles. Sim by Randal McDonald. Arrived at 9 AM. Everyone was there earlier. 14 of us were being interviewed. Out of 14, two females, one Asian male and one African American male. The rest were CAU Male. All were 135/121/military qualified with most flight times 6000 and above. ALL KNEW SOMEONE AT AIRTR
