Interview experience:

Got to DAL the night before the interview and lucked out. Rode over to the hotel with an SWA pilot who was on the interview board(really lucked out and had him as an interviewer). Had an 8am interview with 7 other guys. Age ranged from 30 to 50. Experience ranged; 5 military and 2 civilian like me. They called us all into one room and explained the process.
