Interview experience:

Upon arrival at the HQ, you are directed to personnel who will collect your required paperwork for review. It's a good idea to have all of your "ducks in a row" at this point, with all paperwork neatly presented in the order that they were requested. After the presentation of paperwork you are directed to a room with other candidates where on this particular day Al Spain the Director of Flight OPs. was "holding court". This free time serves as a general forum in which questions can be asked and answered in a relaxed setting. Occasionally other interviewers will pop in and call candididates for the corresponding portion of their interview, be it the HR or pilot side.I interv
