See you in January! This site rocks. If you are new to here, bookmark it now and read it every day ‘till your interview. Make notes about every scenario and technical question you read here and make sure you are solid on all the basics. I reviewed these gouges, in addition to the Jeppesen chart legends, Instrument oral guide, and the IFR chapters of the AIM. Be calm, confident, honest and charming, everything you grew up imagining an airline pilot was, and you will spend the afternoon facing a large pile of paperwork with a smile! We had 5 in our afternoon session (including one who was scheduled for the morning session but whose flight was delayed) and 4 of us were hired. We were handed the list of all the names for the day and it looked like there were about 12 (I think) in the morning group. We were told that 10 total were hired that day. You can do the math. Getting There: Don’t sweat your flights, weather, or any mechanical delays. My flight was a little late and I arrived at the Training Center just after the 1pm start time.
