Applied Online and faxed resume in on a Tuesday, they called Thursday for the phone quiz. 4 or 5 questions on holding speeds, VOR-A vs. VOR approach, hydroplaning, what is accumulator, where is missed approach on ILS, when do you have to have takeoff alternate. Scheduled interview for 2 weeks later, Nov. 10. Arrived, waited in foyer until they were ready for us, Dawn Daniel came out and took us in to the conference room, big powerpoint presentation screen set up with two ERJ’s on it. Collected our logbooks and paperwork, and then started a presentation on the company, asking questions to the group: stock symbol, price, price of oil, difference between ExpressJet and Continental Express, past aircraft, present aircraft.
