Interview experience:

Start with 50 question test, all from ATP written except last 4. Last 4 were on interpreting RVR reports, take off mins, with obstacle clearance. Interviews were with Chief Pilot, or (Hum. Res. Recruiter, and Director of Flight Standards.) I had latter. Recruiter looked over my application, and asked questions. Is pay adequate? Are you willing to relocate to ALL of the bases? Do you know reserve callout is 1 hour? What would your manager say about you? How did you get the day off to interview?
