Interview experience:
Let me shed some different light that will perhaps help some of you get a job at the airline of your dreams. This site is awesome for preparing to interview and is absolutely essential that you read and understand those questions that pilots before us have been asked. I was interviewed by Comair in December of 2003 and was hired as a result of the interview. I was very surprised at the lack of interview preparation I observed of the other pilots. Once in the conference room during introductions, I noticed that 2 of the 15 candidates wore light gray suits. Is it not known by now that if you want a job then the airline industry standard is dark wool (pref blue), white shirt and red power tie?? Those two guys did not come back after the interview. Second, another 2 of 15 guys showed up with sideburns that made them look like they used to star on the 1990's TV show of '90210'. Again, not the industry standard and they didn't come back. Most all of us checked out of the hotel before the van ride to Comair and we brought all our luggage with us and set it aga
