Interview experience:

Airline has a successful business plan in place. Climb aboard this company is going to double and then some. One hundred B 737s is an addition to the B 717s. Not a replacement. If you have an interview you have an 85% chance of hire. Another source told be 70%. Getting the interview is the hardest part on this job. Each Friday a couple of hundred resumes are reviewed and about fifty or so pulled from that group. Recommendations help in this process not at the interview. Interview: Ho Jos. F
