Interview experience:
My group was very small for the first of the year...only 4 pilot applicants. I was surprised to get the chance to interview with Eagle taking as many flow backs as they have latley. Apparently they are hiring for a "pool" right now. No telling when the next class will start. The interview started off just as all the other gouges haved mentioned. The good news is if you mess up the written tests, you still get the opportunity to interview in technical and HR. My technical interview was with Ross. Very nice guy...even helped me put my suit jacket on. All the recruiters are down to Earth and are not trying to trick you. I
