Interview experience:
Hello folks! I was suprised to see that no one from my pool today has posted yet. Here goes... . Arrived for the morning session and rode with about 20 guys to the training center. I met most of them and they all seemed like good people. The vast majority were currently employed CFIs. We arrived at the training center and all of us were very talkitive. Everyone was in a suit and tie and was looking sharp. After a brief wait, we were escorted to the presentation room. Dawn was super nice to all of us. We turned in the paperwork we were told to bring, and our log books and then she kicked off the company presentation. Holy cow! Everyone in that room was salivating after Dawn finished. We all wanted to be one of the chosen few. She fielded questions and they were all good ones. Mostly about company benefits and t
