Interview experience:
Got the call on Friday for the following Wednesday. Tried to schedule a better time, but I was told that they only had 12 interview spots with 8 already filled. The interview was in Greeley, CO. I flew in to DEN at my own expense. About a 1 hour drive to Greeley from DEN. Showed up 1 hour early for interview, and they took my paperwork right away. Called into the interview room about 15 minutes later. I talked with Chief Pilot Aaron Rex and Misty, I think from HR. Both were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable even though I was very nervous. Asked some basic HR question: Why Great Lakes? Your three greatest strengths, one weakness. What makes a good captain, FO? Drunk captain. Captain tries to take off wit
