Interview experience:
Here’s the gouge! I’m not going to waste time telling you what I ate, how the hotel was, and the color of the hair of the van driver. Started out with the written. Probably one of the hardest written tests I have ever taken. It is a combination of the ATP, commercial, and instrument exams. There were “refer to figure” questions such as ADF magnetic bearing, heights of airspace AGL, what is the FAF for an approach, how would you enter this NDB approach, Which RMI indicates that you are southwest of the station on a particular radial. Like stated before, a 70% is required to pass and they tell those that do not pass, very respectfully, goodbye. Th
