Interview experience:
This site is worth every second you spend reading it. My experience: Got up at 2:00 AM, arrived at EWR @ 3:30 for a 5:30 flight. Got to the interview at 9. Sat in a room for a presentation about the company. (know stock symbol, price, stock exchange, types of A/C they fly. Since I had the lowest time of the 30 people interviewing that day I went last for each of the three rooms they had for us. (two technical and one HR). Know your jepp plates (read introduction section of the jeppesen manual) know the airplane
