Interview experience:
As with other posts, the gouge is accurate. One important thing that others don't mention enough is the flight time grid. First it must be current. Second, it asks for multi-PIC arranged by aircraft model. It seems like there is no way to make your multi-engine numbers match because they don't give you space for your non-pic dual flights in multi-engine aircraft. Well, make space!
