Thanks Mike! Your efforts to maintain this website helped me land the job flying for SkyWest that I’ve wanted for so many years. Not much to add because the gouge is right on. Everything that you’ve read about the interview team being both friendly and thorough is true. They want you to relax and have you show them who you are and what you know. You don’t have to be perfect to get the job. Study your tail off and you’ll still get to a point in the interview where you don’t have an answer, or you’ll learn that you almost have the right answer. Be knowledgeable, friendly, and confident to become part of the team. Being instrument current is a must as the sim will be over before you
