Interview experience:
I don't think there is a thing that I can add that I have not seen on these gouges, but I will add my experience. We met at Salt Lake International at the training center for Skywest around 8 o'clock and after 30 minutes or so the interviewers started picking us out to get started. There were ten of us, from cfi's to furloughed pilots from other regional airlines. I did not do anything for the first five hours I was there ( I had done the writtens at an open house a couple of weeks prior). After lunch, around 1 o'clock I did the Technical/HR with Jason and he was a great guy. Very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. He went through the packet they send you when you get an interview date, things like background, logbooks, personal contacts
