Interview experience:
I was called by Francene Hayes on Monday Jan. 10 for the interview on Jan. 17. They flew me to DCA on US Airways, positive space. I was picked up at the airport by a Colgan driver. Upon arrival at Manassas, VA I was met by Francene. She is very nice, and makes you feel welcome. She took my paperwork and logbooks right away, so make sure to have everything ready and in order. I started on the 50 question written test immediately. It is almost all out of the ATP written test guide, though some questions are worded differently. Score well on the written test and your interview will be easier. After a while I was called into the interview room. It was a three on one interview with Jeb, Chuck Colgan, and another captain whose name I cannot remember. All three were nice, but very serious and all about business. They did not try to make me feel comfortable, as some of the previous gouges said. I was the last interview of the day, so I think they were ready to get out of there. They st
